What do you do?

I manage the Oil Plant, which processes soluble oil, a variety of other oils and interceptor waste.

What do you enjoy about your role?

The variety. No two days seem to be the same.

What is your favourite moment(s) at CSG?

In 2008 when I was able to make the Coventry site profitable, while working on getting our Botley site up and running and fitting weighbridges to our oil plants.

What do you enjoy about working for CSG?

You can’t achieve much if you’re not able to work well with others. It also helps when those around you are willing to work as hard as it takes to get the job done, so I’m going to have to say ‘The people’ (most of the time!)
