Survey Shows High Level of Customer Satisfaction

An online survey carried out by Cleansing Service Group to determine the success of its Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed campaign has revealed that 9 out of 10 customers are satisfied with the company’s performance.
Almost 3,000 customers took part in the Net Promoter Score survey with 70 percent saying they would definitely recommend the company to a colleague or friend.
The five main attributes given to the company were that it was good, efficient, helpful/knowledgeable, reliable and friendly.
CSG Group Business Development Manager Mike Wilson said: “This is an excellent result and shows overall we have a happy customer base. At the moment we are actively reviewing our customer service and complaints handling procedures and the survey provides us with the information we need to further improve these areas.
“The aim is to ensure we don’t just maintain but continue to improve our already high level of customer satisfaction.”
The 5 lucky winners, chosen at random include Mr Evelegh of Newbury, Mrs Kronfeld of Southampton, Mr Fox of Manchester, Mrs Dale of Exeter & Mr Carlin of Southampton. Each have been presented with £100 Marks & Spencer vouchers.
