Regular Service Scheme
Our Regular Service Scheme (RSS) enables you to take advantage of discounted rates for your sewage collection when one of our friendly, professional drivers empties your cesspit, septic tank or sewage treatment plant.
Best of all, it’s easy and completely free to join!
How does it work?
To improve the overall efficiency of our operations, it makes sense for us carry out as many collections as possible in the same area, at properties in relative close proximity to each other.
When you join the RSS, we’ll schedule your collection and empty your sewage system when we’re in the area and working nearby.
You’ll be free to choose how frequently we visit and in return for the improved efficiency and reduced fuel usage and emissions, we can offer you a discounted rate for your collection.
- We will schedule your collections on your behalf, so there’s no risk that you’ll forget to book.
- We’ll remind you in good time before your clearance is due; at least 3-4 weeks’ notice.
- If you are not at home when we arrive – no problem, providing there is reasonably free access to your sewage system (no locked gates etc.), we can still carry out your sewage collection.
- The scheme works especially well if you have a number of neighbours on the same street or close by and you all book together to have your collections on the same day!
We can occasionally accommodate requests for specific dates or arrival times but these cannot be guaranteed.
If you always need to book your clearances on specific dates and times or if access is usually restricted, then membership of the Regular Service Scheme is probably not for you.

24-Hour Emergency Cover
When things go wrong with your sewage system, knowing that you’ve got a team of professionals ready to swing into action and get it back up and running again can make all the difference.
We provide 24-Hour Emergency cover for households who want the reassurance of round-the-clock support by waste management professionals at a preferential, low-cost rate.
For a small annual fee, we’ll give you priority care if your septic tank, cesspit or sewage treatment plant overflows. You can request up to two call-outs a year and you won’t be charged any additional call out fees – you’ll just pay the cost of your regular clearance. When you call us you can rest assured we’ll respond promptly, usually within two hours.
To qualify for 24-Hour Emergency cover, you need to be a member of our Regular Service Scheme.
