Frogson Name New Technical Manager

CSG subsidiary Frogson Waste Management has appointed Jay Bains as the company’s new Technical Manager. The role will see Jay deployed on the full range of Frogson products and services, including waste oil treatment, specialised oils, and chemical and environmental cleaning capabilities.

Jay is from Sheffield and graduated from the University of Sheffield with a degree in chemistry. He has worked in the waste industry sector since 2010, with roles focused on client services, waste management and the day to day running and coordination of waste management processes. 

His professional qualifications include certifications for Radiation Protection Supervision and Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor. 
He will be a key member of the team at Frogson’s Sheffield facility where his duties will include data handling and processing, the preparation of standards and other day to day management duties.

CSG acquired Frogson a year ago. The business, founded in 1983, operates nationwide and offers industrial waste treatment, recovery, recycling, re-use and disposal services.
