Inbound and outbound telesales – answering incoming calls to our sales office and making sales calls to customers and others who may be interested in what we do.

Knowing that my knowledge, input and interaction with a customer has led to a satisfactory end result.
What is your favourite moment(s) at CSG?
Seeing our HR Director come to work dressed as ‘Woody’ from Toy Story on his 40th Birthday!
What do you enjoy about working for CSG?
Being part of a big family. CSG is a family-owned business and it really feels like we’re all part of that family.
